Personal Biography

Jovi is married to Dorothea Hurley. Jovi often says he loves his wife so much that he will never trade her for some other women. The couple had four children Stephanie Rose, Jesse James, Jacob, and Romeo. In April 09, Bon Jovi revealed the secret behind his happy 20-year-old marriage - hes scared of his wife Dorothea Hurley.

Jovie said is a terrible town. In 2007, he moved his family to New York and are finally enjoying life. His Hamptons dinner party in September 07 turned into a memorable rock and roll show and everyone enjoyed it.

Bon Jovi band ditched their autobiography plans stating that despite having accomplished a lot in the 25 years, they do not exactly what to put in the autobiography that was initiated by author David Ritz.

Entry into politics

In June 07, said he will never get into politics because it does not pay enough money. On November 13, 2007, Jovi fueled speculation of his possible entry into politics after he had a 2-hour chat with Al Gore. Bon Jovi supported Gore during the closely fought 2000 American presidential campaign. He was one of the first to sign up to Gore's Live Earth concerts. The two have also discussed how to make tours more eco-friendly.

In January 09, Jovi got all set to spearhead a fundraiser to help relieve Hillary Clinton's debt after her presidential election campaign went awry.

Lifestyle

Jovi said he is not interested in the hustle-bustle of limelight and wants to lead a peaceful life. Jovi says he finds happiness in new albums and touring and not in chart success. He finds similarities with Tom Cruise, insisting that both of them are successful in their respective fields, but have never won any awards. He completely disapproves of the so-called rocker lifestyle - his only vice being a bottle of wine.

Jovi is too hot to get into lifts with women that on one instance, he gave way former Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu when entering into an elevator that had a bunch of adoring female fans.

In October 09, he Jon Bon Jovi revealed that he is not in favour of the Hollywood lifestyle and that he dosent wants to be a part of it.

Professional Biography

Jovi performed at the 'Stand Up For The Cure' event at the Hammerstein Ballroom on February 13 specifically at helping those battling lung cancer and as homage to his father who died of the disease.

Jovie has hit at British rockers Oasis and pop star Robbie Williams claiming that their music is so bad that "couldn't fill a bar".

In October 08, Jovi fumed at John McCain and sidekick Sarah Palin after the Republican campaign used his songs without permission.

In October 08, he is sued for 400 billion dollars by Boston musician Samuel Steele for copying lyrics in his song 'I Love This Town'.

In November 08, Jovi has been sued for 250,000 pounds by a Brit woman, who claims that one of the group's staff purposely ran a golf buggy over her at a concert.

Jon Bon Jovi, in an interview in December 2010 admitted that he doesn't find acting appealing anymore. Bon Jovi hasn't acted since 2006.
