Rajiv Shukla

About Rajiv Shukla

Rajeev Shukla (born 13 September 1959) is an Indian journalist and a Member of Parliament. Rajeev Shukla is also the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs.

He serves as secretary of the All India Congress Committee, the central governing body of India's largest political party. Shukla is also a founder and director of BAG Films Limited, the Honorary Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association, and manager of the Indian National Cricket Team. He is also the Vice President of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). He also served as the BCCI's Media and Finance Committee Chairman.

On 2 December 2012, Rajeev Shukla said that both the houses of Parliament will be adjourned on 3 December 2012 as a mark of respect after paying tributes to former Indian Prime Minister Inder Kumar Gujral who passed away on 30 November 2012.
