Controversies

On 23 November 2012, former Director General of Post and Telecommunications at CAG, RP Singh, has alleged that Murli Manohar Joshi has influenced the preparation of the PAC report on the 2G scam. He claimed that Joshi used to call the officials to his home for preparation of the report.

On 25 November 2012, RP Singh retracted his statement saying that he never said Murli Manohar Joshi has influenced the PAC report on 2G scam. He said that a newspaper had misquoted him.
