Dinsha Patel is a Congress Politician from Gujarat. He served as the Union Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas. He lost to Narendra Modi from the Maninagar Assembly constituency by 87,000 votes in the 2007 Elections. On March 9, 2009, the Congress has selected Patel to contest from Kheda Lok Sabha Constituency.
