The 2012 Tirupati Assembly Bye-Elections were held to elect the representative of Tirupati constituency to the Andhra Pradesh assembly. The election was held on June 12, 2012.

YSR Congress Party candidate Bhumana Karunakar Reddy wins the by-election. The margin of victory is 17,975 votes. It is interesting to note that Chiranjeevi managed to win the 2009 election by a margin of 15,000 votes.
