VV Lakshminarayana


VV Lakshminarayana is the Joint Director of Central Bureau of Investigation in Andhra Pradesh. He is an IPS officer.

Lakshmi Narayana studied at the Zilla Parishad School at Sundipenta during his childhood.

He is of Maharashtra's cadre and was later deputed to central services. Lakshminarayana is part of the CBI team in Andhra Pradesh since June 2006.

The agency headed by him is probing several high profile cases including Obulapuram Mining Corporation (OMC), Emaar Hills Township and the disproportionate assets case against Kadapa MP Jagan Mohan Reddy.
