Dawood Ibrahim is a suspected terrorist and is wanted by the Indian Government. He is believed to be in Pakistan. In December 08, Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari said that his Government will not hand him over to the Indian Government but will try and sentence them in its own courts if it had proof against them.
