Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, Baron Lloyd-Webber (born 22 March 1948) is an English composer of musical theatre, the elder son of organist William Lloyd Webber.

Personal Biography

Prostate Cancer

In October 09, Andrew is diagnosed with Prostate cancer. Despite being diagnosed with cancer, he is adamant and woed to return to work as soon as possible.

In mid-November 09, sparked with fresh health fears after he was re-admitted to hospital just weeks after a major operation in his ongoing cancer battle.

In January 2010, he has been treated for prostate cancer successfully.

Professional Biography

In February 2010, Webber eyed to buy the historic Abbey Road studios but music group EMI has released a statement saying that it has no plans to sell it.

In May 2010, Webber and Tim Rice are all set to recreate their musical magic for the new Wizard Of Oz.
