Water is a chemical substance with the chemical formula H2O.

The Human Body contains from 55% to 78% water. It depends on the body size. The body requires between one and seven liters of water per day to avoid dehydration.

Drinking adequate water has several health benefits. A research suggested that drinking water before taking an exam did up to 10% better than those who did not.


Drinking two or more sugar-sweetened beverages increases the risk of heart disease and Diabetes. It also may expand woman's waistline according a study done in 2012.
