About David Crosby

David Van Cortlandt Crosby (born August 14, 1941) is an American guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He was a founding member of three bands: The Byrds; Crosby, Stills & Nash, which is sometimes augmented with Neil Young; and CPR. Crosby is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for his work in the Byrds and CSN.

Just in time for Mother's Day, the Everychild Foundation is selling copies of the Everychild Within Us CD which features new, unreleased music from She and Him (Zooey Deschanel) and Burt Bacharach, as well as music by singer-songwriters such as Randy Newman, David Crosby, Shawn Colvin, Kenny Loggins, Lisa Loeb and Katrina Carlson. The new album also includes songs by Dave Koz and Jim Wilson.
