Lewis Hamilton is a British Formula One driver.

Hamilton reckons that qualifying performances for the Australian Grand Prix would determine his and McLaren team-mate Jenson Buttons success this weekend. He said he would not be surprised if Australian and Red Bull driver Mark Webber retires at the end of the season. He apologised after being caught by police doing a burnout in his car in Melbourne on night of March 26, 2010.

Gay discrimination allegations

In January 09, Hamilton got into gay discrimination allegations tangle with claims from the personal private jet steward to Ron Dennis - Lewis's McLaren team boss - that he was unfairly sacked over unfounded rumours that he is homosexual.

In March 2012, Lewis Hamilton revealed that he is never happy unless he wins a race. Speaking to media, Hamilton said that he doesn't care about whether he starts at pole or not, and all he cares about is winning the race.
