Steve Jobs and his high school girlfriend Chrisann Brennan has a daughter Lisa. They met at Homestead High School in Cupertino, California. They lived together in a cabin and even attended lectures together.

Brennan became pregnant in her early 20's and gave birth to their daughter Lisa Brennan-Jobs. Though Jobs initially denied paternity of the daughter, they developed a close relationship later.

Reports in January 2009 suggested Jobs is considering liver transplant to combat what may be complications from treatment for a form of pancreatic cancer nearly five years ago. During that time, there are even fake reports claiming he died after a cardiac arrest. Some reports said he might even step down from his front-line role at the consumer technology giant for five months because of health-related problems. In June 09, Jobs had liver transplant during medical leave that started in January 09, and is expected to return to work later the month. Jobs, making his first public appearance since his return to work in June after six months medical leave, has admitted of a liver transplant.
