Miley Cyrus does Pilates and loses 20lbs

American singer-actress Miley Cyrus has lost 20lbs through Pilates. Miley's trainer is Mari Winsor and the singer attends Pilates session a number of times a week.

Mari Winsor told FitSugar that Miley's mother used to train with him and when Miley wanted to do Pilates, her mother recommended him. Winsor says that Miley is a hard worker and commits to everyday workouts. Miley's amazing abs are due to two Pilates moves - the 100 and the criss-cross.

Earlier, Miley Cyrus told her fans that another secret of her slim figure is gluten and lactose-free diet.
