Madonna performs at Hyde Park as part of MDNA Tour

July 17, 2012 - London

American singer and songwriter Madonna launched the UK leg of her MDNA Tour by performing in front of 50,000 fans at the Hyde Park in London.

Madonna entertained as well as shocked her fans by stripping on the stage down to her bra to expose a No Fear tattoo on her back. Madonna has surprised her fans many times on the MDNA Tour so far. She has performed in Israel, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Turkey, Rome and Paris before coming to UK. Madonna angered the National Front party in France when she displayed the image of party's leader with a swastika on her forehead.

Madonna didn't trouble the authorities at the Hyde Park by finishing her show few minutes before the 10:30 pm curfew time. The authorities have turned the microphone off when Bruce Springsteen performed last weekend. Madonna performed her hits including Papa Don't Preach, Hung Up and Vogue. Madonna was joined by LMFAO and Martin Solveig.

This is Madonna's first performance in the UK in four years. Her last performance came in 'Sticky and Sweet' tour in 2009. She will next perform in Birmingham on July 19 and in Edinburgh on July 21.
