Katherine Jackson's ex-attorneys seeking $350K from MJ estate

The former attorneys of Michael Jackson's mother Katherine have filed a petition in the court against her son's estate claiming that the court should award them 350,000 dollars for the cost of unpaid fees that were accrued following the king of pop's untimely passing in 2009. reported that the court documents on behalf of the firm of Rosenfeld, Meyer and Susman declared the fees and costs to be 'reasonable under the circumstances' of Katherine briefly taking control over the pop king's estate.

The documents even included 18,000 dollars incurred in connection with the late singer's funeral.

18,070.00 dollars - Petition for Payment of Funeral Expenses

40,613.61 dollars - Appointment of Mrs. Jackson as Special Administrator

58,939.61 dollars - Petition Confirming Ability to Challenge Personal Representatives

231,575.21 dollars - Negotiations with Subsequent Special Administrators and Their Council, Including Review of Contractual Arrangements.
