Madonna's fitness trainer talks about his book on Howard Stern show

Singer Madonna's fitness trainer has gone on the Howard Stern show to talk about his book 'Anatomy of Strength Training'.

Pat Manocchia, who gained fame for keeping celebrities in shape and is also Stern's personal trainer, gave some fitness advice for those who want to get in shape for the New Year.

"Your body only does five things. Five-that's it," the New York Daily News quoted him as saying.

"You bend a joint. You extend a joint. You pull it away from your body. You pull it in. You rotate it," he said.

Stern told listeners that he considered Manocchia one of his best friends and the "manliest man he knows".
