London, Feb 1 : Beyonce Knowles is the queen of the music industry - the stunner was the top winner at the 52nd annual Grammy Awards, taking six prizes - top female tally in history.
She shared the song of the year trophy with three writers for Single Ladies and also won best R and B contemporary album for I Am ... Sasha Fierce, reports The Mirror.
"This has been such an amazing night for me and I'd love to thank the Grammys," Beyonce said after winning best female pop vocal for Halo.
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift nabbed the top honour, album of the year, for her best-selling Fearless.
Swift, who won a total of four awards, beat Beyonce, the Dave Matthews Band, Lady Gaga and the Black Eyed Peas for the honour.
