Canadian singer Michael Buble has revealed that he attended therapeutic sessions after parting ways with actress Emily Blunt last year.
London, November 02 : Canadian singer Michael Buble has revealed that he attended therapeutic sessions after parting ways with actress Emily Blunt last year.
The 'Home' hitmaker apparently felt the need for it as he thought his approach to life was harming him.
"It was a whole s**tload of things. It was going through the break-up and asking myself why,'" the Daily Express quoted him as saying.
He added: "I have a tendency to sabotage relationships; I have a tendency to sabotage everything. Fear of success, fear of failure, fear of being afraid. Useless, good-for-nothing thoughts."
Buble believes the split with Blunt was both "one of the worse and greatest" thing to have happened to him.
He added: "I've become a lot more introspective. I've taken the time to get to know myself and to like myself and respect myself."
Buble and Blunt had broken-up in July 2008 after dating for three years.
