A wrestler gave the 63-year-old a belly bump, leaving the star lying on the ground for half-hour despite wearing an inflatable sumo suit, reports the New York Post.
A brace was later wrapped around her neck, and she was then put in an ambulance.
A Paramount statement said that Keaton was "in good health" later in the day.
