London, Nov 5 : Pete Doherty and Amy Winehouse have failed to make it to NME magazine's 2008 Cool List.
Doherty once topped the controversial rundown of 50 pop stars and the 'Rehab' hitmaker featured at number eighth last year.
Meanwhile, Electro punk band Crystal Castles singer Alice Glass has topped the list, reports the Sun.
Glastonbury headliner Jay-Z came second while MGMT singer Andrew Vanwyngarden landed the third spot.
Alex Turner from the Arctic Monkeys, Oasis star Liam Gallagher, Kings of Leon's Caleb Followill and Glasvegas' Caroline Mackay also made the top 10.
Late of the Pier's Sam Dust, Ladyhawke and British-born songwriter MIA have also been included in the list.
