Even though former English glamour model Katie Price a.k.a. Jordan and her singer hubby Peter Andre are said to be back together, their interaction with one another showed they were miles apart.
London, Nov 4 : Even though former English glamour model Katie Price a.k.a. Jordan and her singer hubby Peter Andre are said to be back together, their interaction with one another showed they were miles apart.
Andre along with Jordan, who had flown out to the States to meet up with him, had tried to put on an unconvincing show of unity in LA, as rumours of them getting a divorce escalated.
The two, who looked like they were dressed for a funeral, had arrived at a West Hollywood tapas restaurant holding hands, but they left after half an hour with Jordan looking unhappy.
According to body language expert Jo Hemmings, who studied pictures of the couple, the two have a "distant and troubled relationship", and Andre has taken control of the situation.
Hemmings, 42, further said that if this relationship was to survive, Kate "needs to play it Peter's way".
"While Peter is looking straight ahead in a determined manner, Kate is demonstrating a defensive gesture by averting her gaze and together with her tight-lipped mouth, is showing discomfort," the Daily Star quoted her as saying.
She believes that Jordan has long worn the trousers in this relationship, and that the pictures show a new confident Peter.
"In the first picture, not only is he a good pace or two in front of his wife, he has the casual, self-assured air of a man who is currently holding the emotional chips," she said.
"His shirt is undone - top and bottom - in a way contrived to look relaxed, with a teasing peak of his Playboy pants.
"This is a distant and troubled relationship, with the recent role reversal of Peter taking the controlling role," she added.
