Premiere of Bollywood film Woodstock Villa held in Mumbai

The grand premiere of Bollywood film Woodstock Villa, which marks the debut of Sikander Kher, the son of versatile actor Anupam Kher, and Debutant actress Neha Oberoi was held in Mumbai on Thursday.

Mumbai, May 30 : The grand premiere of Bollywood film 'Woodstock Villa', which marks the debut of Sikander Kher, the son of versatile actor Anupam Kher, and Debutant actress Neha Oberoi was held in Mumbai on Thursday.

Sanjay Gupta, Shobha Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt have produced the film, which is a musical thriller.

National award-winning director Hansal Mehta has directed the film.

Hansal Mehta's film stars Arbaaz Khan, Gulshan Grover and Shakti Kapoor besides many others.

Woodstock Villa is a film about swiftly changing moralities in today's world and breaks new ground with every twist.

Music of the film has been rendered by Anu Malik and Shibani Kashyap while the lyrics have been penned by trio Virag Mishra, The Aryans and Manoj Muntashir.

Speaking to the media during the premier of the movie was debutant actor Sikander Kher who said, "I would like to say that we have really worked very hard for this film and whole life I have worked towards becoming an actor. I would request all the people to please go and watch this movie. It's very important for me."

The film has also introduced another debutant actress Neha Oberoi who was very excited about working with Sikander Kher.

"I really enjoyed working with Sikander, he is a wonderful and a very professional actor. Moreover, he is very good at what he does and I think the best thing about working with Sikander is that both of us are newcomers and could relate to each other pretty well," said Neha.

Sikander's father Anupam Kher said that he was proud of the fact that what Sikander has achieved was on his own ability.

"We are happy as Sikander is making his debut and our good wishes are with him. We hope that he works harder and is successful, moreover people like his work," said Anupam.

Who's who of Bollywood like Yash Chopra, Mahesh Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai and Anil Kapoor to name a few assembled at the premiere to encourage the debutant actors.

Bollywood heavy weight Abhishek Bachchan walked in with his wife and actress Aishwarya Rai to encourage Sikander Kher, whom he considered his younger brother.

"I think he is fantastic. Sikander is like our younger brother and we are very excited for him and we wish him all the best," said Abhishek Bachchan.

Songs from the film are already out as a teaser but how far the debutant leading pair goes well with the audience needs to be seen.
