Washington, May 29 : Ashlee Simpson has added her new hubby's surname to her name, and will now go by Ashlee Simpson-Wentz professionally.
In private however, she's also ditching the Simpson surname and will only be known as Ashlee Wentz, reports People magazine.
The change came shortly after the couple exchanged vows in L.A. on May 17.
They have also confirmed rumours that that the stork will be paying them a visit by the end of this year.
Wentz confirmed the rumours by posting a message on his website friendsorenemies.com.
On it, he tells fans that the couple were waiting to complete the first trimester before breaking the news.
"While many have speculated about this, we wanted to wait until after the first trimester to officially confirm that we are expecting our first child."
"This is truly the most joyous time in our lives and we are excited to share the happy news and start our family."
