Washington, Mar 26 : It seems actress Denise Richards does not want to share anything with her ex-hubby Charlie Sheen, and she's now legally removed his surname from hers.
The 37-year-old actress officially dropped her last name after filing papers in L.A. Superior Court on Friday (Mar. 21).
The couple entered into matrimony in 2002 but later ended their three-year marriage in 2005.
Recently, their bitter battle reached new heights when the 'Wild Things' actress announced plans to feature their daughters, Lola Rose, 2, and Sam, 4, in her upcoming E! reality show.
The show was taken in bad taste by Sheen's now-fiancee Brooke Mueller who said that the show was "exploitative," reports Usmagazine.com.
