Pop singer Mika has been forced to step up security after receiving some death threats from fans.

London, Mar 24 : Pop singer Mika has been forced to step up security after receiving some death threats from fans.

However, the 'Grace Kelly' hitmaker is adamant he is not scared by the threats and vows to be even more flamboyant.

"I'm absolutely fine - don't worry about me - I'm not scared. I want to make my shows even more dramatic," The Mirror quoted Mika, as saying.

Recently, Mika, a Beirut-born and London-based singer-songwriter, revealed that he would like to team up with Amy Winehouse on a Jewish album.

He heard that Amy was planning an album of Christmas and Hanukkah songs, so since then he has been eager to get involved.
