Janet Jackson, known for her fluctuating weight, is now coming up with a book about her journey as an emotional eater with her nutritionist David Allen.
Washington, Mar 12 : Janet Jackson, known for her fluctuating weight, is now coming up with a book about her journey as an "emotional eater" with her nutritionist David Allen.
With the book, the 41-year-old will try to help dieters overcome their battle with food.
Though the book's title and publication details have not been announced yet, Jackson expects a year-end release for her diet-guide.
However, she claims that it's not the regular how to do it book, but will reveal her journey as an emotional eater and will certainly appeal to whoever lands his hand on the book.
"It's not just this sterile, weight loss and how to do it book, but my journey even from when I was a kid... being an emotional eater," Contactmusic quoted Jackson, as saying.
"It takes you through those moments in my life up 'til now and what worked for me. And hopefully within that, if it doesn't work for them, maybe they'll find something that does work for them and a nice place for them to be content with who they are," she said.
