London, July 9 : In the early 90s it made people groove to its tune, but far from being remembered as a classic, "Rhythm Is A Dancer by Snap" has won the title for 'Worst Lyric of All Time'.
The eternal line "I'm serious as cancer, when I say rhythm is a dancer" topped a poll by magpiemusic.com of terrible lines.
This line was followed by "I don't want to see a ghost, it's a sight that I fear the most, I'd rather have a piece of toast, watch the evening news" by Des'ree in 'Life'.
The line "Is that yo ass, or yo mama half reindeer?" in Nelly, P Diddy and Murphy Lee' s "Shake Ya Tailfeather" grabbed the third spot, reports The Sun.
Avril Lavigne's "He was a boy, she was a girl" in Sk8er nabbed the fourth place followed by "I love you like a fat kid love cake" in "21 Questions" by 50 Cent in fifth place.
"Time is like a clock in my heart" in Time by Culture Club and "You got a Prada bag with a lotta stuff in it" in "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It" by Will Smith came in at sixth and seventh spot respectively.
The bottom three was made up of line "Lucky that my breasts are small and humble, so you don't confuse them with mountains" in "Whenever, Wherever" by Shakira, "She had dumps like a truck, truck, truck" in "Thong Song" by Sisqo and "Only time will tell if we stand the test of time" in "Why Can't This Be Love" by Van Halen.
