London, July 8 : Lindsay Lohan's girlfriend Samantha Ronson has gifted 11,000 pounds Cartier diamond ring to the actress on her birthday.
On her 22nd birthday party the 'Mean Girls' star came clean about the lady in her life and admitted lesbian love with Ronson.
"Sam took Lindsay shopping to celebrate her 22nd birthday," the Mirror quoted a source, as saying.
"Although Lindsay is the major breadwinner, Sam has her own money and is very proud.
"It's not an engagement ring - simply a token of her commitment.
"Lindsay is thrilled and she and Sam are very content," the source added.
