The Brazilian supermodel has officially declared on her website that she is expecting her first child, a girl, with her boyfriend Jamie Mazur.Retired supermodel Tyra Bank described the Victoria's Secrets model as "The future of the modelling world".
She was also positioned at Number 2 out of the Top 99 Most Desirable Women for 2008 by AskMen.com.
Her credentials boast the name of many top brands she has worked with, which include Revlon, Christian Dior, Giorgio Armani, Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren, as well as the famed Pirelli Calendar.
She has also walked the ramp for designers such as Laura Biagiotti, Christian Lacroix, Issey Miyake, and Kenzo and is among the world's top-earning models.
Ambrosio was chosen as one of People magazine's annual 100 Most Beautiful People in the World, in May 2007 along with fellow 'Angels'.
