Mischa Barton has usurped British actress Sienna Millers role in the new India movie Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain.

Washington, July 1 : Mischa Barton has usurped British actress Sienna Miller's role in the new India movie 'Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain'.

Miller had been lined to take the lead in the film, which tells the story of the tragic chemical spillage tragedy that occurred in the city on December 3, 1984, killing thousands of people.

However, Barton has now landed the part, reports Contactmusic.

Joining the former 'The OC' star in the movie will be veteran actor Martin Sheen.

The film is scheduled for release later this year.
