According to American magazine Star and MSNBC.com, Robin served enn with divorce papers after discovering her husband's nfaithfulness.
"Sean didn't spend much time with his wife - he booked her a eparate suite - and when Robin got fed up with being alone, she ent over to his suite. (There, she) found him drunk with two ussian girls," Contactmusic quoted a source, as telling the mag.
Wright filed divorce papers on December 21, citing irreconcilable ifferences as a reason for the split.
The pair has two children together, Dylan Frances, 16, and Hopper ack, 14.
It is the second divorce for Penn, who ended his marriage to pop tar Madonna in 1989 after four years.
