Washington, Jan 9 : Reese Witherspoon's fashion sense hit the right chord with style maven Mr Blackwell, for she topped his 'Best Dressed' list.
Mr Blackwell has been publishing his list of the best and worst dressed for the past 48 years.
Coming in at second spot on the list was British socialite Jemima Khan, followed American singer Beyonce in the third spot, reports news.com.au.
The top five was rounded of by two Oscar winners - the sexy Angelina Jolie, and Dame Helen Mirren, who came in fourth and fifth place respectively.
However, Spice girl Victoria Beckham didn't do so well in his eyes, topping his annual 'Worst Dressed' list.
Mr Blackwell's list for the top 10 Best Dressed women in 2007 is:
