There Will Be Blood has bagged the Best Picture honour at the National Society of Film Critics Awards.

Washington, Jan 7 : 'There Will Be Blood' has bagged the Best Picture honour at the National Society of Film Critics' Awards.

Besides winning the Best Film award, the film has also won awards in three major categories - the best actor, the best director and the best cinematography.

Daniel Day-Lewis took Best Actor gong for his role as an oil prospector and Paul Thomas Anderson was named the Best Director.

The award for the Best Actress went to Julie Christie for 'Away From Her,' while Casey Affleck received award for his supporting role in 'The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford'.

Cate Blanchett took the Best Actress in a Supporting Role honour for 'I'm Not There,' reports E! Online.
