Washington, Jan 6 : Britney Spears is back in the news after fleeing with her recent beau out of her Beverly Hills home, successfully avoiding the paparazzi stationed outside.
The 26-year-old troubled star slipped out of her home, just a few hours after her discharge from Cedars-Sinai hospital and was accompanied by Finalpixx photographer Adnan Ghalib.
The pair was spotted at the Daily Grill in Palm Desert around 10 a.m., sunday morning.
"She seemed in a really good mood, laughing with the guy she was with," People quoted the restaurant's manager, as saying.
Spears stayed at the restaurant for about an hour and was hiding behind large, dark sunglasses and "had a champagne mimosa to drink," he said.
The 'Toxic' star has been spotted with the 35-year-old snapper before her recent meltdown when she was taken to the hospital strapped to a stretcher.
Spears ruled off any help from her family and said that paparazzi are the only people she trusts now and Ghalib was the only friend she has in the world.
