London, Jan 5: Actress Vivica Fox seems to have become the latest victim of a sex tape controversy.
The controversy erupted when the 'Kill Bill' star was taped performing oral sex on a friend "on her knees".
It is alleged that her friend filmed the sexy star then emailed the mobile phone footage to several friends.
However, the actress' manager Lita Richardson has denied that she has been latest star of celebrity sex tapes.
"It's not true," The Sun quoted Richardson, as telling a US newspaper.
Vivica reportedly, contacted police in Atlanta, Georgia after a friend told her about the tape.
However, the Atlanta police spokesman James Polite denies that that such incident has been reported.
"At this time, we have no formal complaint from Miss Fox," he said.
"If it was something that was consensual, we're not looking at a crime, per se.
"If (the boyfriend) is trying to extort Miss Fox, that's when we begin to look at a criminal element," he added.
Meanwhile, an Atlanta-based blogger Sandra Rose has insisted that a local radio personality Porsche Foxx confirmed that her close friend Vivica Fox is a part of the controversial sex tape.
In the blog, Rose said that "in the tape, an apparently inebriated Vivica can be seen on her knees servicing a male friend who surreptitiously taped the encounter on his cell phone.
"Allegedly the man, who lives in Atlanta, emailed the tape to friends who emailed it to Vivica. She quickly forwarded the tape to a friend at the Atlanta police department.
"It isn't known if Vivica filed an official complaint with the police or if she asked her police friend to handle the situation privately," she added.
