Britney was admitted to a hospital on Jan 3 night as a 'special needs' patient who is considered a danger to herself and others, while her 16-year old sister Jamie Lynn is pregnant.
'The Apprentice' star believes that 'Toxic' singer's parents must be held at least partially responsible for not just Spears' alleged mental breakdown, but for her 16-year-old sister Jamie Lynn's pregnancy as well.
"I don't know what's going on with that family. That family seems to be a mess. It's a shame," Contactmusic quoted him, as saying on Extra.
"You always have to blame the parents, at least to a degree. But ultimately they're (Britney and Jamie Lynn) almost old enough to make a decision," he added.
