The former 'Baywatch' star first filed for divorce on Dec 15, 2007, and then days later claimed that the couple was 'working things out.'
However, according to CelebTV.com, Anderson's attorney filed a proof of summons document on Dec 28, 2007, in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The documents reveal that Salomon was served with divorce papers on Dec 15, 2007, and has 30 days to file a response to her divorce claim.
"I would think this means the divorce is going ahead. But this filing is just a procedural thing," People quoted Lynn Soodik,, L.A. family law attorney, who's not involved with the case.
