DiCaprios neighbours need to do more to back their shaky lawsuit

Leonardo DiCaprios neighbours have been given 15 days to amend their lawsuit against the Titanic star, for alleged destabilization of their property.

Washington, Jan 4 : Leonardo DiCaprio's neighbours have been given 15 days to amend their lawsuit against the Titanic star, for alleged destabilization of their property.

Judge Tricia Ann Bigelow said that the lawsuit lacked in detail and failed to show that DiCaprio was responsible for the destabilization, and thus gave a deadline for them to change its details.

The actor was sued by his neighbours, who claimed property damages after Di Caprio built a basketball court in his Los Angeles property.

Ronald and Joan Linclau filed a lawsuit against the actor in May 2007, alleging that DiCaprio "maliciously" cut and removed hedges; excavated "earth, granite and bedrock", destabilizing their deck and swimming pool; and ignored their repeated requests to stop the construction, reports Contactmusic.

The couple was seeking around 250,000 dollars in damages if Di Caprio proves guilty.
