It was alleged that the 26-year-old has accepted the NFL running back's marriage proposal, though she was not seen sporting any ring at the Mansion New Year's Eve bash.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star insisted that the rumours of her engagement with the 22-year-old footballer were completely false.
"It's not true. Not yet!" Usmagazine.com quoted her, as saying.
The couple has been dating since last April after being introduced by Kim's former best friend Paris Hilton.
