The Titanic star was seen making out with his on/off girlfriend at new Las Vegas club, The Bank in the Bellagio Hotel, on New Year's Eve.
According to reports, DiCaprio and Refaeli arrived at the club around 11:10 with actor Lukas Haas and 15 other pals in tow.
The group sat at a VIP table overlooking the dance floor, reports Usmagazine.com.
An onlooker revealed that throughout the night, the crew took countless pictures on their personal cameras, followed by DiCaprio extending his arm to take a shot of him and Refaeli.
Another eye witness said that the couple "shared a long, passionate kiss" at the strike of midnight, following which they downed a bottle of Dom Pérignon champagne.The pair were also seen dancing to Kelly Clarkson's "Since U Been Gone," the source added.
And while dancing to the Beyoncé's smash hit tune, "Crazy In Love," DiCaprio and Refaeli made out some more, the source revealed.
