Mary-Kate, who was the first to be called upon the discovery of Ledger's body, was spotted dancing with her male friend with his hands around her waist.
Onlookers say that she kept looking over her shoulder and pulling her friend for long kisses at downtown hipster enclave Sweet Paradise recently, reports the Daily express.
Meanwhile, New York police who was planning to talk to Olsen on Ledger's death has ruled out the inquiry after speaking to the masseuse, who was the first to discover the body.
Olsen had released a brief statement over Ledger's death on Jan 25.
The statement, released by her publicist, read, "Heath was a friend. His death is a tragic loss. My thoughts are with his family during this very difficult time."
