The troubled pop star was photographed shopping for a pregnancy test at a local Rite Aid store in Studio City, California.
The 26-year-old singer was accompanied by new snapper beau Adnan Ghalib while she was scanning the shelves of pregnancy tests.
However pal Sam Lutfi tells Access Hollywood the singer is not pregnant.
"It's all bulls--t. They're just toying with the paparazzi," usmagazine.com quoted him, as saying.
The 'Toxic' star recently lost visitation rights with her two children, Jayden, 1, and Preston, 2, after being hospitalized.
Meanwhile, rumours that she attempted suicide have been slammed by a close family source.
"She's going through a lot right now. Having her children taken away, which she really didn't expect and all this attention around her, it really takes a toll. There's no truth to her being suicidal. She has problems that she needs to address and that's it. She'll pull through this. She just needs some time and space," People quoted the source, as saying.
