The 40-year-old actress filed for divorce after just three months of marriage, and then days later claimed that the couple was 'working things out.'
However, last week, Anderson appeared to be pushing forward with the divorce, after her lawyer filed a proof of summons document in a Los Angeles Superior Court.
Recently, the actress described her split from Salomon, 'a big fat juicy can of worms'.
