Washington, Jan 14: Actress Drew Barrymore is amazed she has been declared a 'Hollywood beauty' as she has struggled with acne her whole life.
The 'Charlie's Angels' star said that she is always struggling with acne problem and battles to keep her skin clear.
"My only beauty recommendation is zit cream. I couldn't live without it. I get zits all the time and they annoy me more than anything else in the world. I've used every face wash, acne cream, everything," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
The 32-year-old actress also admitted that she still lacks confidence in her appearance.
"It's so funny because people say, 'You've got such great skin', and I'm like, 'Are you kidding?'
"I guess now I'm getting older I'm getting more wrinkles to go with the pimples. Sometimes now, I think I'm starting to look like something out of Night of the Living Dead!" she added.
