Simon Cowell finds talent show auditions torturous

Music mogul Simon Cowell has admitted that he finds talent show auditions torturous.

London, Jan 13 : Music mogul Simon Cowell has admitted that he finds talent show auditions torturous.

The X Factor, Britain's Got Talent and American Idol judge said that he is getting frustrated by the format of the shows.

"Is it fun doing it? No. It has becoming increasingly like torture," The Sun quoted him, as saying.

Cowell, now filming the seventh series of American Idol, which starts on Jan 17 on ITV2, said that more people argued with him this year.

"People still believe they're right and they got more argumentative with me this year," he said.

The 48-year-old also hinted that he might quit doing talent shows.

"The exit point is determined by the public, who will eventually get sick of me," he said.
