Britney might be granted very limited and brief visits to her sons

Britney Spears might just get a little relief following her horrific meltdown, for Commissioner Scott Gordon may restore the troubled pop stars visitation rights to her sons with very limited and brief visits on the next child-custody hearing on Jan 14.

New York, Jan 13 : Britney Spears might just get a little relief following her horrific meltdown, for Commissioner Scott Gordon may restore the troubled pop star's visitation rights to her sons with very limited and brief visits on the next child-custody hearing on Jan 14.

Sources close to Britney's lawyer Anne Kiley are expecting that Commissioner Gordon will issue a visitation schedule consisting of (at the most) three two-hour visits a week conducted in the presence of a court-appointed monitor.

A source familiar with the case said that it's quite unlikely that Britney will be deprived of all contact with her children, reports the New York Post.

Meanwhile Spears' close friends and aides fear that the singer is not emotionally stable enough to appear in court for the Jan 14 hearing.

An insider revealed that lawyers for the troubled pop star are trying to prepare her for possible evidence before Commissioner Scott Gordon next week, but are "very frightened, because she is emotionally raw."

The source also said that Spears "breaks down into tears and cannot complete a sentence" every time the topic of her sons surfaces, adding that the singer is "mortified by the events of last week," when the whole world saw her wheeled out into an ambulance and taken to Cedar-Sinai's psych ward.
