Washington, Jan 11 : Britney Spears' youngest son, Jayden James, was found to have several bruises and at least one bite on his body when police reached at her Beverly Hills home to probe her custody dispute with Kevin Federline, says a source.
The LAPD report of the incident indicates that when officers went to her home that evening, the 26-year-old star shoved them off by yelling at them, reports Usmagazine.com.
However, the Police did manage to peer through a window and saw Spears cradling Jayden in a bathroom and observed that he was not in any immediate danger.
The source revealed that initially the police threatened to break down the bathroom door, but they soon discovered that the door was not locked and they could easily enter the bathroom.
However, when the police discovered the bite mark and bruises on the child, they were told by Federline's bodyguard, that the injuries were on Jayden before arriving at Spears' home earlier in the day.
The bodyguard, who was at the singer's home to pick up the kids said that it ws older brother, Sean Preston, who had actually bit him.
The incident ended when Spears was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for psychiatric evaluation.
The source said that Spears cleared all the tests of drugs or alcohol.
