According to American TV station Fox News, a 30-minute video of the 26-year-old singer was posted on the web.
The saucy video allegedly shows a shaven-headed Britney performing sex acts on two women and a male companion.
In the video, the 'Toxic' star is reportedly looking dazed and takes alcohol and "what appears to be cocaine and marijuana".
The sex tape, if proven true, could further shatter her chances of getting custody of her children.
However, there have been a number of fake sex videos earlier, but none really featured Britney.
