Washington, Jan 10 : American actress, singer and television producer Jennifer Lopez, has in an interview with Harper's Bazaar revealed she still doesn't know if she will stop working after giving birth.
Lopez, who is seven months pregnant, reportedly with twins, opened up to Bazaar in her first interview since she shared the news of her pregnancy two months ago at a Miami concert November 7.
"I do realize people want to know [about the pregnancy] because they're interested, but this is the first time I'm going through this," US mag reports the Bazaar as quoting Lopez.
"I kind of feel like everybody knew anyway," added the 38-year-old mum to be.
Upon asking the reason for all the secrecy, she sited 39-year-old husband Marc Anthony as the cause.
"He made me realize you can be an artist, and have credibility and success, without your life being on public display," she said.
"This is my experience and my husband's experience, and we get to hold that for a little while," she added.
When the topic of how her little ones will handle the media attention came up, Lopez insisted that her kids "will be whatever we are. . . . Private when it comes to that stuff."
Regarding her going back to work after the birth of her babies, Jennifer says she is still unsure of whether she'll be a working mom.
"I don't know - and I like that, because my life has been so planned for so many years. Once I did the tour, I really just wanted to shut it down," she revealed.
For now, the singer is following that instinct.
"Jennifer's taking it easy. She's just thrilled to have the babies coming," a pal told US.
