Kidmans bathing suit to be sold to buy cows for poor in India

A bathing suit once worn by actress Nicole Kidman is being sold, in a bid to raise money to buy cows for poor families in India.

Washington, Feb 9 : A bathing suit once worn by actress Nicole Kidman is being sold, in a bid to raise money to buy cows for poor families in India.

The bathing suit, which the actress left behind at a Swedish pool in 2002, will be raising thousands of dollars (pounds) for disadvantaged families in India.

The swimsuit is on display at a second-hand shop in Esloev, Sweden and will be owned by the highest bidder, reports Contactmusic.

The swimsuit was first purchased by Zlatko Nedanovski for 840 dollars(GBP420) from a local radio station, however, later he decided to donate the swimsuit to help organisation Erikshjaelpen, which will make use of the proceeds to purchase cows for Indian farmers.

"I have been in possession of this bathing suit for more than five years and the time has come for me to pay my dues, for instance through a charitable project," said Nedanovski.
